The Real Estate market is picking up as indicated by the rise in homes sold in the Taney and Stone County region.  There  has been an increase in the number of homes sold since Janauary of 2009 until April of 2009 for the Table Rock and Tri-Lakes area.  That is a good sign.

The average days on market are 90 to 120 days.

Should this trend continue, Real Estate in Branson, Hollister, Branson West, Kimberling City, and surrounding areas will start to see a much needed increase in property values.
